How Do You Create Bookish Content? – Let’s Talk Bookish

It’s Friday Monday eek, sorry for posting this late, my friends! I hope you all had a wonderful week.

School is officially finally over for the summer, and it’s still kind of surreal to know that I’m done with the K-12 system for forever. Utterly surreal. I don’t think it’s really going to sink in until August when everyone else starts school again and I don’t.

Of course, it’s not like I’m done with school completely, university is still there, but it’s going to be so much different doing that full-time.

So different.

Anyway, while I’m having my identity/mid-teenage-life crisis, I’ve still got to discuss last week’s LTB topic. As always, Let’s Talk Bookish is a weekly meme, hosted by me and Dani @ Literary Lion, where we discuss certain topics, share our opinions, and spread the love by visiting each other’s posts.

Last week’s topic was courtesy of myself: How Do You Create Bookish Content?

It’s kind of ironic that this topic was for last week because for the past several months, I didn’t really create much bookish content besides LTB discussions, but I’ve spent the past few days drafting and finishing a couple of posts that will be going live in the next few weeks.

Maybe I subconsciously knew it was coming and so I was motivated to actually write posts? Hmm…

In any case, I’m really curious to see everyone’s thoughts on this and to share what my creative process is like.

So without further ado, let’s get started!

Putting Off Books + How Blogging Has Affected My Reading – Let’s Talk Bookish

Good afternoon everyone! I hope you’re all doing well. It is Friday which means it is time for another discussion. Let’s Talk Bookish is a weekly meme hosted by me and Dani @ Literary Lion, where we discuss certain topics, share our opinions, and spread the love by visiting each other’s posts.

Today’s topic is: putting off books you actually want to read (suggested by Jillian @ Jillian The Bookish Butterfly)

Thank you so much to Jillian for suggesting this topic. I’m not sure I have much to say about this, so, I’ll be doing another LTB topic that I previously missed in this post as well.

Let’s get started!

Why Do You Blog – Let’s Talk Bookish

Good afternoon everyone. Welcome back! Let’s Talk Bookish is a weekly meme, hosted by me and Dani @ Literary Lion, where we discuss certain topics, share our opinions, and spread the love by visiting each other’s posts.

Today’s topic is: Why Do You Blog?

Is it wrong that I’m not very interested in answering my own topic?

I mean, it’s a good question, and I’m curious to see the answers but I also don’t feel all that inclined to actually talk about it myself. Partly because I don’t have much of an answer, and partly because I’m not really sure. Or maybe I am sure. I’m very undecided today.

Let’s see what rambling will bring.

Reading and Blogging: How they Affect Writing – Let’s Talk Bookish

It’s the last discussion of the year my friends!! I am so excited for today’s topic, not just because I think it’s great (I may be biased since it’s my topic lol) but also because it’s the final discussion of this year meaning that 2020 is finally going away!!! And also, I’m finally on winter break!! First semester is over!!! Yayy!!

Okay, I’ll calm down now lol.

As always, Let’s Talk Bookish is a weekly meme, that is hosted by me and Dani @ Literary Lion, where we discuss certain topics, share our opinions, and spread the love by visiting each other’s posts.

Today’s topic is: Reading and Blogging: Their Effect on Writing

This is something I’ve been thinking about recently after seeing many people’s NaNoWriMo posts in the past few weeks (NaNoWriMo is a writing competition that is hosted in November) and also because I’ve been working on a story myself. So I was curious to see how people feel about reading and blogging and how it affects their writing.

400 follower Q&A explaining the start of my blog and how it’s grown + post shout-outs (pt. 1 of 2)

What do you guys think???

I’ve done yet another blog redesign, but this time, I actually think it’ll last? I’ve said that every previous time, but let’s ignore that. I’ve been working on all the graphics, and the color scheme since around June, and I’m now finally publishing this! I’m so excited, and I actually really like the look of it, so I hope you guys do too. Let me know in the comments down below!!

And now to the normal intro of this post:

Good morning my dear friends! I hope you have had a fantastic August. It’s so funny how weeks, months, and years fly by so fast, but then days take forever to end. And this lock-down is not helping things.

Nonetheless, hopefully this day will go pretty great since we’re starting it off with a 400 follower Q&A!! I am so happy to have reached this milestone, and I’m so thankful for every single one of you for following my little corner of ramblings and less than awesome designs.

Last week or so, I posted the 400 follower Q&A form for you guys to fill out, and I really appreciate all of you who did!! I’ve got a lot of questions, so I’ve decided to split this Q&A into two, this being the first part all about blogging, and then the next part will be about books, food, and my likes/dislikes.

This is going to be kind of long, so let’s get started!!
